ABSORPTION |
| |
It's not what you eat but what you absorb! You can do a simple test to see if your tablets/capsules are being absorbed. Soak one of your tablets/capsules in a small
container of vinegar. It should start to dissolve within 30 minutes. If it doesn’t, then it is more than likely passing through your body without being properly utilized.
With liquid vitamins a smaller amount of ingredients are able to achieve the same results as larger 'Synthetic' doses.

DRI's (Dietary Reference Intakes) For Macronutrients |
| |
The Dietary Reference Intakes for Energy, Carbohydrate, Fiber, Fat, Fatty Acids, Cholesterol, Protein, and Amino Acids was released on September 5, 2002. They used the RDA's
and expanded them to include other nutritional requirements.
The Food and Nutrition Board's (FNB's) Dietary Reference Intake (DRI) Standing Committee established the Panel on Macronutrients to review and evaluate the
scientific literature and interpret the depth of current knowledge on protein, amino acids, dietary fat and individual fatty acids (such as omega-3 and omega-6 fatty acids, conjugated linoleic
acid, and other specific fatty acids), phopholipids, cholesterol, complex carbohydrates, simple sugars, dietary fiber, energy intake (including the contribution of alcohol), and energy
expenditure in humans throughout the life span.

FAT SOLUBLE |
| |
Vitamins are either water-soluble or fat-soluble. Vitamin C and the ‘B’ vitamins are the water-soluble vitamins because water is required for
absorption and they are excreted in your urine.
The fat-soluble vitamins A, D, E & K. are so called because they require fat for absorption and are stored in fatty

LIQUID VITAMINS |
| |
It's not what you eat but what you absorb! You can take a simple test to see if your tablets/capsules are being absorbed. Soak one of your tablets/capsules in a small
container of vinegar. It should start to dissolve within 30 minutes. If it doesn’t then it is passing through your body without being properly utilized.
In many formulations we found an unusually high amount of sugar and sucrose. Other forms of sweeteners like Sorbitol and Fructose were also found among the top five ingredients and some times
we found more of an artificial coloring in a tablet than many of the vitamins!
The answer is NOT mega doses of vitamins, but smaller quantities that are used more efficiently. We achieve this by using natural vitamins in a highly absorbent liquid form.
To this end, Active Liquid Vitamins uses the RDA (Recommended Daily Allowance) as a basis for moderation and balance.
Natural vitamins in a liquid form means that a smaller amount of ingredients are able to achieve the same results as larger
'Synthetic' doses.
Our ACTIVE HEALTH PACK is the most efficient and healthiest way to get balanced
nutrition.

MINERALS |
| |
Minerals are needed to assist in the body’s absorption of all nutrients such as vitamins, proteins, enzymes, amino acids, carbohydrates, fats,
sugars and oils. Therefore, vitamins and minerals should be taken separately. (We suggest that you take your minerals first thing in the morning and your vitamins at least 30 minutes later.)
Mixing minerals with vitamins reduces the potency of the vitamins by approximately 25%. Also everyone is different...some need more minerals than vitamins and
others vice versa!
Our ‘ACTIVE HEALTH PACK’ consisting of Active Liquid Minerals and Active Liquid
Vitamins has been designed specifically to compliment each other for a balanced approach to healthy nutrition - Active Liquid Calcium is now
availabel to complete the package. |

MODERATION |
| |
We believe in moderation. You won’t see mega doses of vitamins because everyone is different. We all consume
different food, have different metabolisms, different genes, different life styles and are different in size and weight. What may be the right dosage for one person may not be good for
another.
The answer is NOT mega doses of vitamins, but smaller quantities that are used more efficiently. We achieve this by using natural vitamins in a highly absorbent liquid form.

NATURAL |
| |
Would you sooner eat an apple that's been picked fresh from the tree or eat a man-made synthesized version from a laboratory?
For thousands of years our body has only processed natural forms of vitamins and it knows how to handle them. It has difficulty absorbing man-made synthetic vitamins because
the molecular structure is different and this affects what happens at the cellular level.
e.g. Most Vitamin E used in supplements is synthetic. Active Liquid Vitamins uses natural vitamin E which begins with a d, whereas synthetic vitamin E starts with a dl. If the formulation just
lists vitamin E or If they say dl-alpha-tocopherol, dl-alpha-tocopherol acetate, or dl alpha-tocopherol-acid succinate, then they are synthetic and you may reconsider using them?
While most brands use mostly synthetic man-made vitamins, Active Liquid Vitamins is formulated with only natural and ‘body ready’ forms of vitamins to deliver maximum potency.
Your supplements should be as 'natural' as possible for better absorption and nutritional potency.
Man made synthetic vitamins do not deliver the nutritional potency of those made by Mother Nature. |

ONE-A-DAY PILL |
| |
Looking or that 'Magic' One-A-Day pill to cover all of your nutritiona supplementation?
SADLY IT DOESN'T EXIST...WHY?
1. Everyone is different.
2. You could be allergic to just one ingredient.
3. You could personally be overdosing on vitamins.
4. It contains too many 'synthetic' ingredients/fillers & additives.
5. It is poorly absorbed.
6. It can give you G & B Disease. (Gas & Burp)
Liquid vitamins are more easily absorbed than pills and capsules. Natural vitamins in a liquid form means a lesser amount of ingredients
are needed to achieve the same results and is the most efficient and healthiest way to balanced nutrition.

OVERDOSING |
| |
Many companies are now fortifying their food products with vitamins and minerals. Because everyone eats differently, you could inadvertently be overdosing with
supplements?
Excessive amounts of the ‘Fat-Soluble’ vitamins A, D, E & K (named because they require fat for absorption and are stored in fatty tissue) can be dangerous,
that is why many healthcare professionals recommend that you obtain medical advice before using high quantities.

The RDA is the average daily dietary intake level sufficient to meet
the nutrient requirements of nearly all (97-98%) healthy individuals in a specific life stage and gender group. The Food and Nutrition Board (FNB) of the Institute of

fatty acids, cholesterol, protein, and amino acids on September 5, 2002 |

VITAMINS |
| |
Vitamins are organic compounds which are present in minute quantities in natural food and are essential for growth, development and general health.
Vitamins generally are not synthesized in the body, but must be taken in with the diet. Vitamins do not furnish energy. They act as catalysts for energy transformation and
regulation of metabolism.
Vitamins are classified according to their solubility in water or fat. Vitamins A, D, E & K are fat soluble. The water-soluble vitamins are vitamin C and the Vitamin B complex. |
