Children and Vitamins
Children need vitamins as much as adults and possibly more so.
They need all the essentials to help develop their immune
system and become healthy adults.
Vitamin Descriptions
If you decide to give them liquid vitamins then we suggest the following:
2 years - ½ teaspoon daily
4 years - ¾ teaspoon daily
9 years - 1 teaspoon daily
19+ years - Adult dose of 1½ teaspoons daily.
