In the "Dead Doctors" tape, Dr Wallach* also mentions that it is the only nutritional product that has been on the market since 1926, that has a legal consent decree to be sold as a nutritional supplement by the federal court. (It is really only a ruling that say's that the colloidal minerals mentioned in the tape, are a food and not a drug!)

The Doctor is NOT talking about "Mineral Toddy". He is talking about the minerals in the "Mineral Toddy", that originated from a "Prehistoric Valley" discovered in Utah in 1920. A prospector named Thomas Jefferson Clark, discovered the therapeutic properties of these 90 million year-old minerals and this area has been mined for them ever since. (The Doctor refers to them later in the tape!)

This is the part of the tape that most distributors DON'T want you to hear, the "missing 2 minutes", which is not included on the "censored" tapes. This is the ONLY SOURCE he refers to in the last 2 minutes of the tape which many other companies have conveniently snipped off!
