The Thomas Jefferson Clark StoryThe TJ Clark mine is named after the discoverer, Thomas Jefferson Clark. This is the 'original' mine in the 'pre-historic valley' in Utah that Dr Wallach* refers to in his renowned tape! Take A Trip Into The Past To See How It All Began!
The Story Begins: For Thousands of years a primeval rain forest flourishes along the banks of an ancient waterway. It thrives in the mineral rich
flood plane of sediments that has been deposited over millions of years. A great forested peninsula is formed at the entrance to a vast inland sea. The Miracle Of Preservation: The fine clays contained within the surrounding sediments quickly settle to form an impervious barrier to encase and preserve the hidden forest. The Transformation: The water recedes and solidification of the sediments begins turning the once soft sand to hardened stone. The delicate trace minerals contained within the forest plants remain well preserved deep within the surrounding clay. A Time Of Change: The great inland sea is gone. Millions of years of relentless erosion has sculpted a network of deep canyons throughout the area. Great plateaus appear to rise from valley floors and the ancient lake bed is transformed into vast desert plains. The Arrival Of Man: Small groups of hunters and gatherers, traverse the network of sculpted stone canyons, in search of wild game and water. Petroglyphs adorn the landscape and their populations grow. The Legend: It had been rumored that for thousands of years, early inhabitants to this region would journey to a sacred spring revered for its great healing powers. For reasons unknown, the secret spring would one day cease to flow and the great healing waters were taken from man. A Tale Of Mystic Waters: Could this lost fountain of youth be fact or fiction? Could this amazing story actually be true? Such were the questions in the mind of an early settler to the Utah territory. His name was Thomas Jefferson Clark. He was a pioneer explorer and a great visionary who set out to discover the truth behind the legendary spring. The Quest Begins: Clark's initial examination of the site revealed nothing but weathered stone. Discouraged in his first attempt, Clark returns home empty handed but his quest is not forgotten. The Secret Is Revealed: Once again Clark sets out on his quest and while exploring an endless labyrinth of stone canyons, Clark comes upon a unique outcropping of ore unlike any other he has ever seen and returns home with some ore samples. Diminishing Health: Many hard years of life in the desert had taken its toll. Clark's health begins to fail. Life Threatening Illness: No longer able to remain in the saddle or maintain his ranch, Clark is desperate for a cure. Plagued with severe fatigue, abdominal pain, internal bleeding and a major loss of appetite, he has been reduced to 97 pounds. The nearest doctor is a day and a half's ride away and Clark was not expected to survive. Desperation: In desperation, he uses the ore samples he had obtained earlier from the strange outcropping and develops a water extraction method to
recreate the legendary sacred water of the spring. The Amazing Results: Upon drinking his formulation daily, Clark notices that his abdominal pain starts to diminish. As he continues to drink the formulation he eventually regains his strength and appetite and all signs of bleeding have left. He now returns to the responsibilities of every day ranch life. Word Of Mouth - 1920: All those who know him are so amazed with his rapid recovery that they call it a true miracle. Word spread fast and people
begin to flock to Clark for a bottle of his amazing "Mineral Waters". Commercial Production - 1926: Clark's extraction techniques are perfected and many years of beneficial uses have been reported with his newly named "Colloidal Minerals". The Growing Demand- 1953: Thomas Jefferson Clark begins to train his son Thomas Jay Clark to assist him in further research and development. Today: Nearly a century has passed since it's discovery and countless thousands the world over continue to enjoy the health benefits of these liquid
minerals. Most people don't know that Clark was a rancher and heavily involved with horses and mules. Clark used to supply the army with mules and unknown to many, he was one of the horse trainers for the legendary "Seabiscuit". When "Seabiscuit" went lame he applied a compress to the legs and kept them moist with the minerals that he had discovered in Utah. The rest is history? If you haven't seen the movie then I recommend you see it.
