Do Children need Minerals?
They need all the essentials to help develop their immune sytem and become healthy adults. If you decide to give them liquid minerals then we suggest the following as a supplement: 2yrs - ½ teaspoon daily 5 yrs - ¾ teaspoon daily. 1/8 fl.oz (3.75 ml) 11 yrs - Adult dose of 1½ teaspoons per day. 1/4 fl. oz (7.5 ml) Drink plenty of water to prevent dehydration and monitor the results.
