• 1) You must be a customer and on the 'Autoship' program for personal use.
• 2) There is no "Annual Fee" but you must purchase one of each product each year so that you are be able to evaluate, use and understand the products you are promoting. (Currently 6 products and will expand to 7 by the end of the year.)
• 3) Commission is 10% on the initial sale and all future sales from the customer, including 'Autoship' orders. Click here for more information: http://www.4alw.com/autoship.htm
• 4) Commissions will be paid when the commissions are $50 or more.
• 5) Commissions are paid monthly and 60 days from the end of the order month, to cover any returns.
• 6) The program applies to new customers you introduce to our Active products
• 7) Any promotion of our product in any form (Web-site/brochure/etc) must be approved by Active Liquid Wellness
• 8) No medical claims or testimonials can be used to make a sale of any of our products.
• 9) A "Hold harmless" agreement must be signed by each Affiliate.
• 10) The purchase price for brochures is 5c each or they can be printed free of charge from our web-site: http://www.4alw.com/brochures/ If you want, we can put your own name and address on a brochure for you, free of charge, and put it on our web-site for you to download and print.
