Aluminum - We are constantly eating Aluminum through plants and vegetables, etc because 8.2% of the earth's crust is composed of aluminum. Because of this, It is in your tap water and exists in the fruit and vegetables that you eat every day. The typical daily dietary intake of aluminum varies widely, from 3 to 100 mg. Significant sources of aluminum include baked goods prepared with chemical leavening agents (i.e., baking powder), processed cheese, grains, vegetables, herbs and tea. High intakes of aluminum are ingested from antacids & buffered analgesics. You cannot avoid taking this
mineral unless you stop eating and drinking.
It is not a problem when it is 'Organic' aluminum,
but it is a problem if it is 'Inorganic',
like in chelated minerals or in tap water. Our last spectro-analysis shows that there is only 11.29 PPM Parts Per Million) in our daily dosage. Arsenic - Our last spectro-analysis shows
that the NONE was detected above the limit of <0.005 (0.005
ppm) Even if you use the 0.005 ppm figure, the daily dosage of
Arsenic in the Active Liquid Minerals is only 0.00003 PPM. (parts per million) Organic Arsenic is naturall occurrinng in plants and there is more Arsenic in your tap water than our minerals/ Barium - Possible benefits of the mineral Barium are: A relatively marked decrease in defibrillation voltage and energy requirements. Bismuth - Possible benefits of the mineral Bismuth are: Treatment of peptic ulcer disease, gastrointestinal disorders. Boron -A Lack of the mineral Boron may cause: Calcium decrease, magnesium decrease, phosphorus decrease, bone deterioration, decreased estrogen synthesis, decreased vitamin D syntheses, decreased steroid synthesis, breakdown of hormone function, bone demineralization, decreased testosterone. Boron is a trace element which has an important influence on both calcium and magnesium metabolism and helps in the manufacturer of vitamin D. Boron is concentrated in the bone, spleen, and thyroid indicating boron’s functions in bone metabolism and suggesting a potential role for boron in hormone metabolism. Boron also reduces calcium, magnesium and estrogen losses thus playing a major role in preventing bone loss. Boron is thought to be useful to increase muscle mass; increase
muscle strength; maintain bone density; improve calcium absorption;
decrease body fat. Bromine - A Lack of the mineral Bromine may cause: Liver deterioration, deterioration of brain performance, mental abnormalities, adrenal
deterioration, thyroid deterioration, pituitary deterioration Calcium - A Lack of the mineral may cause: Cramps, emotional agitation, cadmium retention, lead retention, teeth grinding, muscle spasm/twitching, muscle tendon strain, convulsions, thinning bones, softening teeth, late tooth detention, diminished calcium in blood, cold hands, cold feet, numbness, hydrocele, night sweats, varicose veins, carbuncles, skin eruptions, deep abscesses, chronic oozing ulcers, cracked skin, sore breasts, decreased estrogen, decreased testosterone, Bells Palsy, osteoporosis, arthritis, hypertension. Discrepancies in labeling Cacium can be deceptive and make people believe they are getting more calcium than they think they are. Unless the ingredients are in brackets ( ) you are only getting a fraction of the ingredient, e.g. Calcium Citrate 1000 mg is the same as Calcium (Citrate) 210 mg. Calcium citrate is the best calcium supplement for absorption. Carbon - Possible benefits of the mineral Carbon are: Carbon fiber implants enhanced growth of a regenerative tissue and pain relief. Absorbs a
wide range of substances and organisms including bacteria, viruses, enzymes endogenous compounds. Chloride - A Lack of the mineral Chloride may cause: Salt cravings, digestion deterioration, hair decreased, muscle cramps, granulation of
eyelids, hay fever, watery eyes, runny nose, blistering skin, eczema, warts. Chromium -A Lack of the mineral Chromium may cause: Decreased glucose tolerance, corneal opacities, raised cholesterol levels in blood, increased incidence of plaque on the aorta, hardening of arteries, increased blood pressure, increased cholesterol in liver, deterioration of growth, baldness, deafness, craving for chocolate. Chromium deficiency severely impairs glucose tolerance. The best Chromium to take is Chromium - GTF, because without insulin, you are at risk for
osteoporosis. (GTF stands for Glucose Tolerance Factor, which is
the ability to regulate blood sugar level.) Cobalt - A Lack of the mineral Cobalt may cause: Anemia, vitamin B 12 decreased, retarded growth. Copper -A Lack of the mineral
Copper may cause: Lack of the mineral causes: Anemia, red blood
cell rupture, faulty bone development, bone disease, weakness, difficulty
in breathing, faulty nerve development, decreases sense of taste, skin
eczema, skin sores, abnormal skin pigmentation, abnormal hair pigmentation,
aneurysms, varicose veins, wrinkles of the skin, body sagging. Copper is a mineral found in trace amounts in all tissues in the body. Although only a small amount is needed, copper is an essential nutrient that plays a role in the production of hemoglobin (the main component of red blood cells), myelin (the substance that surrounds nerve fibers), collagen (a key component of bones and connective tissue), and melanin (a dark pigment that colors the hair and skin). Copper also works with vitamin C to help make a component of connective tissue known as elastin. Copper is known to activate the enzyme that produces elastic fibers in tissues. It is important to know that too much calcium depletes copper. Fluoride - A Lack of the mineral Fluoride may cause: Predisposition to thinning of bones. Fluoride is the name given to a group of compounds that are composed of the naturally occurring element Fluorine and one or more other elements. (Not to be confused with the 'Man Made' Flouride that is dumped into our tap water) Our Fluorides occurs naturally in water, coal, clay and minerals. Gadolinium - Possible benefits of the mineral Gadolinium are: Prevents effects of the stings from those cnidaria (poisonous sea nettles) harmful
to humans. Gallium - Possible benefits of the mineral Gallium are: Treatment of hypercalcemia of malignancy, anti?tumor activity, definite improvement in
patients with Hodgkin's and Non?Hodgkin's lymphoma, clinical trials in hypercalcemic patients quickly established that the compound was safe and effective in restoring calcium levels to normal,
calcium loss from bone is inhibited directly, bone calcium levels are increased. Germanium - A Lack of the mineral Germanium may cause: Decreased immunity, decreased cell oxygenation, decreased interferon production, bone
deterioration, increased blood pressure. Gold - Possible benefits of the mineral Gold are: Effective tumor shrinkage, treatment of prostate cancer, used against tuberculosis and
arthritis, beneficial results only after long term use. Holmium - Possible benefits of the mineral Holmium are: Useful therapeutic option for hemophiliacs. Iodine - A Lack of the mineral Iodine may cause: Cold feet, goiter, fatigue, skin eczema, dry hair, brittle hair, arrested physical and mental

of enamel was increased by the presence of traces of lanthanum. Lead - Because our minerals are 'naturally occurring' and plant-derived, they contain only non-toxic 'organic' Lead. The quantity
taken is also infinitesimal. Our last spectro-analysis shows that the daily dosage of Active Liquid Minerals is only 0.00008 PPM (parts per million)
You would have to drink 7½ bottles of our Active Liquid Minerals to match the level of Lead in 1 cup of 'tap' water. Lithium - A Lack of the mineral Lithium may cause: Depression, alcohol cravings, unregulated conversion of essential fatty acids to
prostaglandin!s, unstable serotonin neurotransmitter levels, decreased acetylcholine receptors, decreased lymphocyte levels, increased suppressor cell activity. Lutetium - Possible benefits of the mineral Lutentium are: Effective tumor killing in control of cancer clearly elicits markedly reduced tumor
growth. Magnesium - A Lack of the mineral Magnesium may cause: Emotional agitation nervousness, stress, bone deformities, deterioration of teeth, calcium deposits in tissues, sodium deposits in tissues, fluid retention in tissues, deterioration of kidneys, deterioration of skin, fatigue, decreased blood levels of calcium, decreased blood levels of potassium, decreased blood levels of magnesium, deterioration of heart endocardium, deterioration of bone muscle, deterioration of cardiac muscle, cramps, knotting of muscle, fibers, mental changes, dizziness, nerve pain, shooting pains, colic, increased blood pressure, stillbirths, female sterility. The mineral magnesium is important for every organ in the body, particularly the heart, muscles, and kidneys. It also contributes to the composition of teeth and bones. Most importantly, it activates enzymes, contributes to energy production, and helps regulate calcium levels as well as copper, zinc, potassium, vitamin D, and other important nutrients in the body. Without enough magnesium, calcium can collect in the soft tissues and cause one type of arthritis. Not only does calcium collect in the soft tissues of arthritics, it is poorly, if at all, absorbed into their blood and bones. But taking more calcium is not the answer; it only amplifies the problem. In fact, excessive calcium intake and insufficient magnesium can contribute to both of these diseases. Magnesium taken in proper dosages can solve the problem of calcium deficiency. Magnesium is available in many foods. However, most people in the United States probably do not get as much magnesium as they should from their diet. Magnesium Citrate is the natural form of Magnesium. Manganese -A Lack of the mineral Manganese may cause: Retarded growth, decreased reproduction ability, deterioration of glucose tolerance, decreased blood clotting, bone deformities, weight decreased, skin inflammation, nausea, slow hair growth, changed hair color, decreased levels of blood cholesterol, decreased muscular coordination, dizziness, ear noises, hearing decreased. Manganese is a mineral found in large quantities in both plant and animal matter. Only trace amounts of this element can be found in human tissue, however. Manganese is predominantly stored in the bones, liver, kidney, and pancreas. It aids in the formation of connective tissue, bones, blood-clotting factors, and sex hormones and plays a role in fat and carbohydrate metabolism, calcium absorption, and blood sugar regulation. Manganese is also necessary for normal brain and nerve function. Bran and foods high in phosphorous and low in calcium deplete manganese. Mercury - Because our minerals are 'naturally occurring' and plant-derived, they contain only non-toxic 'organic' Mercury. The
quantity taken is also infinitesimal. Our last spectro-analysis shows that the daily dosage of Active Liquid Minerals is only 0.000015 PPM (parts per
million) You would have to drink 80 - 140 bottles of our Active Liquid Minerals (6 - 12 years supply) to match the mercury level in 1 can of tuna.

diarrhea, constipation, faint/rapid pulse, nose bleeds, increased menses,
improper fat digestion, deterioration of memory, anxiety, lack of sleep,
cramps, nerve pain, shooting pains, colic, low fevers, skin edema, depression,
gallbladder deterioration. Calcium and phosphorus are "co-dependent" nutrients affecting the health of bones and soft tissues. Bone disease can develop when calcium and phosphorus are not balanced and within good levels. When phosphorus is too high, (drinking too many soda's?) the body takes calcium out of the bones to bind with the phosphorus and remove it from the blood. Bones become brittle as a result. Dr. Heaney (A) recommends that patients use a source with both calcium
and phosphorus, "such as dairy products and/or a calcium phosphate
supplement." Platinum - Possible benefits of the mineral Platinum are: Treatment of advanced cancers i.e. testicular, ovarian, bladder, head and neck, and
small cell lung cancer. Potassium - A Lack of the mineral Potassium may cause: Decreased blood sugar, confusion, anxiety, nervous system deterioration, depression,

Selenium -A Lack of the mineral Selenium may cause: Dandruff, decreased tissue elasticity, deterioration of muscle, calcification of muscle, sterility in males, fetal death/re-absorption, decreased ozone resistance, crows feet, cardiomyopathy. Selenium is an essential mineral found in trace amounts in the human body. It works as an antioxidant, especially when combined with vitamin E, by scavenging damaging particles in the body known as free radicals. These particles occur naturally in the body but can damage cell membranes, interact with genetic material, and possibly contribute to the aging process as well as the development of a number of conditions including heart disease and cancer. Sodium Selenomethionine is the more natural form of
Selenium. Silicon - A Lack of the mineral
Silicon may cause: (Silica) Slow healing, angina, fatigue, dull/glazed

deterioration of bone growth, distorted eye socket development, deterioration
of collagen formation, skin flabbiness, decreased skin elasticity, carbuncles,
hair failing out, ribbed nails, ingrown nails, deterioration of embryonic
development, immunity decreased. Silica, also known as Silicon, is derived from the horsetail herb and is the most abundant element on the planet. Our body needs it for the formation of collagen for bones and connective tissue; for healthy nails, skin, and hair; and for calcium absorption in the early stages of bone formation. Bone growth involves the process of adding calcium for hardness, plus increasing collagen. Silicon is essential for both of these processes. Among the known catalysts that facilitate the functions of silicon indirectly are magnesium, manganese, potassium and boron. Organic silicon found in horsetail is believed to promote
bone and cartilage formation and is useful for treating brittle nails
and related conditions. Silver - Possible benefits of the mineral Silver are: Silver ions have been thought to have abroad spectrum of anti?microbial activity against
